1. General Overview
Lux Tech Solutions offers membership plans designed to provide ongoing technical support and services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following terms.
2. Membership Plans and Benefits
Membership benefits are tailored to each plan, as detailed below:
- Essential: Unlimited virtual tech support, unlimited remote setup, 1 free in-home system health check/year, and 5% discount on additional services.
- Pro: Includes all Essential benefits, plus 1 in-home visit/quarter (e.g., troubleshooting, training, or network setup), 2 in-home system health checks/year, priority booking, and 10% discount on additional services.
- Premium: Includes all Pro benefits, up to 2 in-home visits/quarter, 3 in-home system health checks/year, and 15% discount on additional services.
- Elite: Includes all Premium benefits, unlimited in-home visits (e.g., troubleshooting or training), unlimited in-home system health checks, 20% discount on additional services, and emergency support.
3. Fair Use Policy
In-home visits are limited to device setup, training, or troubleshooting and exclude installations. Excessive use may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified in advance.
4. Booking and Availability
- In-home visits require 48 hours' notice.
- Priority booking applies to Pro, Premium, and Elite members.
- Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid fees.
5. Service Area
In-home services are available within our defined service area. Visits outside the area may incur travel fees, communicated during booking.
6. Payment and Billing
- Membership fees are billed monthly.
- Late payments may suspend service until resolved.
7. Changes to Membership Plans
Lux Technology Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of our membership plans. Significant changes will include 30 days' notice to members.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Plans can be canceled at any time with written notice.
- Benefits end immediately upon cancellation.
- 12-month commitments require payment of the remaining balance if canceled early.
- Refunds will not be provided for partial months or usage.
9. Member Responsibilities
- Access to Premises: Ensure access for in-home services.
- Device Compatibility: Ensure devices meet service requirements.
10. Data Privacy and Security
We protect members' information according to our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy for details on how data is handled.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is essential. We do not share information without consent unless required by law.
12. Use of Services
Services are for personal use only. Reselling or redistribution will result in termination without refund.
13. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Loss or damage to devices not caused by staff negligence.
14. Contractual Agreement Terms
- Commitment Term: If applicable - 12-month term; early termination requires payment of the remaining balance.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
- Scope of Work: Additional services, such as wall mounting or complex installations, will be quoted separately.
